Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of BidKaro, operated by BidKaro Technologies Pvt. Ltd. (set LEGAL_NAME), Registered office address (set LEGAL_ADDRESS) ("we"). By paying for a listing or boost you agree to them and to the Rules.

1. The service

BidKaro sells advertising placements on public leaderboards. Positions are determined solely by the amount paid. We don't endorse, verify or rank listings on merit. A "verified" mark only means the listing proved control of its website or profile.

2. Your listing

You confirm you own, or are authorised to represent, the website or profile you list, and that it — and the name, tagline and description you provide — is lawful, accurate, not misleading, and doesn't infringe anyone's rights. Website listings must display valid business contact details. You grant us a licence to display your listing's name, logo/avatar and text on the service and in promotional material about the leaderboard.

3. Payments and taxes

Prices are in Indian rupees and include GST at 18%. Payments are processed by Razorpay. A rank or boost is granted only when payment is confirmed. Rank credits for auto-outbid can only be spent on rank, don't expire, are not transferable and are not redeemable for cash.

4. No refunds

All payments are final. See Refunds for the narrow exceptions (duplicate or erroneous charges).

5. Removal

We may remove or edit any listing that breaks the Rules, these terms or the law, or on a valid legal request, without refund. Removed listings disappear from every board.

6. No guarantees

We don't guarantee traffic, clicks, conversions, a particular rank, or that a rank will be held — anyone may pay more at any time. The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.

7. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at our registered office have exclusive jurisdiction. Grievances: hello@bidkaro.online.
