Refund & Cancellation Policy

Payments are final

A rank, boost or credit top-up is delivered the instant your payment is confirmed, so all payments are final and non-refundable. This is shown and must be accepted before every payment.

These do not create a refund: being outranked by someone who paid more; the Today or This Week board resetting; fewer clicks or results than expected; removal of a listing for breaking the Rules or Terms; unused rank credits.

When we do refund

• You were charged twice for the same order, or charged but the payment never reached us.
• A technical fault on our side meant the rank or boost was never applied.

Email hello@bidkaro.online with your order ID within 7 days. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.

Cancellation

Orders can't be cancelled once payment is confirmed. Closing the Razorpay window before paying cancels the order and nothing is charged.

Delivery

Everything we sell is digital and delivered instantly on the website — nothing is shipped.
